Paris Through My Eyes
For 25 years I have been drawing Paris and the people in it. Now I film it — often through my own camera glasses, so you see exactly what I see: the paper, the ink, the street, the faces. No studio, no filters. You can’t fly to Paris today? Come along anyway.
Every video on this page was filmed live in the streets of Paris.
Real ink, real reactions, zero AI.
Turn the sound up. This tiny cobbled lane curls behind the Sacré-Cœur, a minute from Place du Tertre where painters have set up their easels for a century. What you hear is the real street — footsteps, voices, Paris breathing.
The Best Part of My Job: The Faces
A caricature takes me a few minutes. The reaction when I turn the paper around? That’s the moment I work for — and you can’t fake it.
A young Californian bride on a Montmartre terrace, discovering her wedding caricature. If you’re planning your own, see my wedding caricatures — the same drawings, commissioned from a photo.
Drawing the team at the Paris headquarters of Caudalie, the French skincare house that turns grape seeds from Bordeaux vineyards into cosmetics. Watch what happens when colleagues see each other in caricature.
Live sketching during a hotel cocktail party. Guests line up, I draw, they laugh — and the drawing goes home with them the same evening.
She sings, I draw. Two live performances at the same time — hers with a microphone, mine with a brush.

Drawing Paris Legends
Some places are characters too. I sit down at the easel — or at a café table — and draw the legends of Paris from life. Several of these drawings are available as fine art prints shipped to the USA.
The terrace of the legendary gourmet house on Place de la Madeleine, drawn on the spot. Pink awnings, waiters, the church behind — Paris at its most Parisian.
Inside one of the great Belle Époque brasseries near the Opéra: mirrors, brass, red banquettes. I drew the dining room while it hummed around me.
A neighborhood institution across from the most elegant park in Paris. This is where Parisians actually have lunch — and where I set up to draw the room.
The red-awninged palace of avenue Montaigne — the one Taylor Swift name-checks in “Elizabeth Taylor”. I drew its restaurant, La Cour Jardin, then zoomed on the famous sign at exactly the right beat. Swifties, this one’s for you.

As Seen on French National TV
France 3, one of France’s national public channels, dedicated a report to my work. It’s in French — but a pencil needs no subtitles.
Questions From America
Can I watch a Paris artist draw live without traveling to France?
Yes — that’s this page. Every video was filmed live in Paris, several through my own camera glasses, so you see the drawing happen exactly as I do: Montmartre, the Plaza Athénée, the great cafés.
Are these videos real, or AI-generated?
100% real, 0% AI. I draw everything by hand in ink and watercolor, and the videos are unstaged footage of the actual drawings being made in the street. That’s the whole point.
Can I get one of these drawings, or my own caricature, in the USA?
Yes. My Paris drawings are available as art prints, originals ship from France via my contact page, and I draw personal caricatures from your photos — order before noon ET and it’s delivered by email the same evening.
