Terms of Sale

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on https://atelier-caricature.com/  by individual customers (“the Customer”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms without reservation.

Article 2 – Personalized Products

All items sold (caricatures, portraits, paintings) are custom-made artistic creations based on Customer specifications.

Article 3 – Pricing

Prices are in Dollars ($). As a French sole proprietorship, VAT is not charged (Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). International customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

Article 4 – No Refund Policy (Custom Goods)

Due to the highly personalized nature of our artwork, there is no right of cancellation or refund once the artistic work has begun. All sales are final.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property

Sébastien Rieu retains all copyrights to the artwork created. Purchase of a commission does not grant the Customer rights for commercial reproduction or resale unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Article 6 – Governing Law

These terms are governed by French Law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bordeaux, France.
