No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

At https://atelier-caricature.com/, every piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind artistic creation made specifically for you.

Due to the fully personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been confirmed and production has begun.

Damaged on Arrival — The Only Exception

The only case in which we accept a return or replacement is when a printed product arrives physically damaged or defective due to shipping (for example: a cracked mug, a torn canvas, or a misprinted item).

To request a free replacement, contact us at sebrieu@yahoo.fr within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the damage (and, where possible, a photo of the shipping box). Once we confirm the damage from your photos, we will reprint and reship your item at no cost to you — you will not be asked to return the damaged product.

This applies to printed products only. Digital HD files, being non-physical, cannot be damaged in transit and are therefore not eligible.
