How do I order a custom caricature gift?

Choose your product, place your order and upload a clear photo. Sébastien draws it by hand — you receive the digital file the same day (order before 6 PM ET), or the printed product in about one week.

Is the digital caricature drawn on a computer or a tablet?

No — “digital” only describes the delivery format. Every caricature is drawn by hand with India ink and watercolor on real art paper, then scanned in HD. A digitized drawing is not a digital drawing — yours starts its life on paper.

What photo should I send?

A clear, well-lit photo where the face is visible and centered. Front-facing or three-quarter angle, good resolution. Selfies work fine.

Can I have multiple people in one caricature?

Yes! Sébastien draws couples, families and groups. Each additional person adds $20 to the base price. Ideal for weddings, retirement farewell boards and family gifts.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, all printed products are fulfilled by Printful from US-based warehouses in California and North Carolina — no customs delays, no extra fees, free shipping to all 50 states. Digital files are delivered by email worldwide.

What if I’m not happy with my caricature?

One round of revisions is included with every order. If you’re still not satisfied, Sébastien will work with you until it meets your expectations.

How long does delivery take?

Digital files arrive the same evening if you order before 6 PM ET, otherwise within 24 hours. Printed products (mugs, canvas, posters, socks…) take about one week total: 24h for the drawing, then 3–5 business days for US printing and shipping.
