WILL I PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?
No. Original artworks enter the US as works of art. Shipping is $35 flat, customs included — the price you see is fully delivered to your door, in all 50 states.
HOW LONG UNTIL IT’S ON MY WALL?
About 2 weeks from France. You see the sketch first, then the HD scan of the finished artwork by email — the original follows by tracked mail.
IS IT DRAWN BY A HUMAN, WITH NO AI AT ALL?
Yes — Sébastien Rieu personally draws every commission, in India ink and watercolor on paper. No AI, no filter, no template, at any step. Ask for a progress photo of your own commission if you want to watch it happen.
CAN I ASK FOR CHANGES?
Yes. After ordering, you receive the sketch by email and can request adjustments until it feels right. The final artwork only starts once you approve it.
CAN I ORDER A BIGGER SIZE OR SOMETHING UNUSUAL?
Formats run from A5 to A2, and every original can be quoted for special requests — several people, several pets, a house and its owners, a whole family on a road trip. Just describe it on the contact page.
